Further, he went on to establish a real estate division, which focuses on developing residential and commercial properties that enhance communities and meet market demands. The group established various schools, colleges and educational institutions including the S M Mukhlesur Rahman High School, Bera-Betaga Barrister S M Saifullah Rahman High School, Alhaj S M Jalal Uddin Primary School, S M Shekha Mukhlesur Rahman Degree College etc, much of which are already accredited and administered by the government under MPO programme. Many religious institutions such as masjids and Islamic studies institutions are also established. The younger generation of directors have all participated in projects of various globally accredited NGOs such as VOSD, Jaago Foundation etc.
