We established our real-estate ventures in 2008 through various ventures. Beginning at a time, which saw a decline in real-estate markets, our model was strengthened by constructive policy making to ensure survival. Constructed in an area of over 4 Acres, “AL-BARAKAH BUILDERS & PROPERTIES LIMITED” constructed a bungalow and resort area, using Victorian architecture, and landscaping to create a lush green environment, with a touch of modern architectural excellence. The Bungalow spans in a total Sq.Ft. area of over 13,000 Sq.ft. constructed in consultation with some of the big names in the Architectural arena.

Construction of 6-Storied Building

Construction of a 6-Stories Building in Road-20, of Nikunjo-02, Khilkhet, Dhaka, right next to Le Meridien Hotel, Dhaka and a few yards away from the 3rd Phase of the Dhaka Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

Construction of 4-Storied Building

Construction of 4-Storied Building in Khilkhet, Tanpara. The building styled in architectural engineering to boost revenue generation for our client, it is located in the heart of a highly populated and high density area in the heart of Dhaka.

Construction of Single Storied Commercial Hub

Located in Road-02 of Nikunjo-02, Khilkhet, this property is right behind Dhaka Regency Hotel, and is among a busy commercial line. The commercial hub contains a restaurant, a beauty salon, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a commercial warehouse and a few other commercial stores.

Construction of Agro Project

Located in a project of over 22 Bighas, i.e. nearly 450 Kathas, the Agro project included our involvement starting from Land Development, to building infrastructural developments for a multi-diverse agro project. Our team conducted geological surveys, land fillings, and geological landscaping as well as performing construction of structure.
